Club Eimmie FAQs

Q: Is Club Eimmie a monthly payment subscription, or do I have to pay up front?

A: We have three subscription types. Our first type is $19.99 per month, billed monthly to the payment method you used to place your initial order. We also offer a 6-month and a 9-month plan, both of which are paid in full up front.

Q: When will my credit or debit card be charged for my subscription?

A: You will be charged to your original method of payment every month on the date of your initial purchase. If your initial purchase was made on the 15th, you will be charged on the 15th of every month. Your Playtime Pack will be shipped immediately after your payment has cleared.

Q: When will I receive my first Playtime Pack?

A: Your first Playtime Pack will arrive 2-7 business days after placing your order. Orders are shipped promptly by our in house warehouse team -- sometimes same day!

Q: Are the Playtime Packs delivered on a certain date each month or randomly? 

A: The Playtime Packs are shipped out to you on the same date you placed your initial order each month! If you placed your initial order on the 15th, your Playtime Packs will ship on the 15th of every month! You will receive a notification when they ship. Delivery date is dependent on your location.

Q: When does the Playtime Pack monthly delivery begin? 

A: Monthly delivery begins immediately after your initial order. You will receive your intro pack within days, then each subsequent pack will be shipped monthly on the date of your initial purchase.

Q: How can I change my shipping address if I move?

A: If you need to change your shipping address at any time, please contact us at info@playtimebyeimmie.com.

Q: What comes in each Playtime Pack? 

A: Each Playtime Pack (valued at over $30) is full of 18" doll clothing, accessories and/or playsets. Each Playtime Pack that you receive in the mail also includes a matching post card that you can color and send to anyone you'd like to show them the fun you're having!

In addition to what is sent in the mail each month, subscribers will receive weekly emails filled with Club Eimmie exclusive printable content including coloring sheets, stories about Eimmie's adventures, recipes, crafts, and more!

Q:Will I be getting something new each month or are there duplicate Playtime Packs?

A: You will receive something new each and every month! There will be no repeats in Playtime Packs. 

Q: Does your subscription or any of your Playtime Packs come with a doll?

A: No, none of our subscriptions or Playtime Packs include a doll. You may buy a doll separately to use with your Club Eimmie subscription, or you can use any 18" doll you may already have!

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: You may cancel your Club Eimmie subscription at any time with no penalties. You may do so by using your login credentials to get into the Subscriber Portal or by reaching out to us via email at info@playtimebyeimmie.com. Anything you have already received is yours to keep and enjoy.

Q: Is the Eimmie.com website shopping area secure?

A: Absolutely. We implement SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for all online commerce transactions. SSL means that customer information is encrypted and safe during your online shopping experience.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept at the Eimmie.com website?

A: We accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Discover, Apple Pay, Paypal, Google Pay, Shopify Pay and Amazon pay. You must be at least 18 years old to order. 

Q: What are the shipping costs?

A: We understand that when you're budgeting for toys you don't want any hidden fees. Standard shipping at Playtime By Eimmie is complimentary on all orders over $30 and is always free for members of Club Eimmie.

Q: How do I cancel an order?

A: If you contact us before your order ships we would be happy to cancel it. Please contact customerservice@playtimebyeimmie.com

Q: How do I return and order?

A: Please contact customerservice@playtimebyeimmie.com to begin the return process. 

Q: Can I place an order if my delivery address is outside the continental United States?

A: Unfortunately, we only ship to the continental US at this time.

Q: Can I place an order with an international billing address?

A: We can only accept credit cards with billing addresses in the United States.

Order Status FAQs

Q: How do I know when my order ships and when will I receive it?

A: You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order. Most orders ship same day Monday-Friday and will arrive within 3-5 business days.
